RMA

Kayleigh Mercer and Gemma Smith are both Level 5 apprentices with GlaxoSmithKline.  They were both shortlisted as finalists for the Outstanding Higher Apprentice of the Year award at the RateMyApprenticeship Awards on July 19th 2018.  Kayleigh will be continuing to develop her academic knowledge and skills in September when she tops up her degree to a Level 6.

Kayleigh and Gemma are both Kent apprentices with GlaxoSmithKline, a science-led healthcare company who aim to help people to do more, feel better, and live longer. Working for GSK they are able to work alongside industry experts, with access to training and support, in order to gain the necessary skills to make an impact in the business.

RMA Outstanding Higher Apprenticeship finalists

The RMA awards bring together employers and apprentices in order to celebrate success.  RMA’s main aim is to recognise the achievements of individuals who have gone above and beyond what is expected of them in their programme.  Kayleigh and Gemma’s outstanding performances in their apprenticeships with GSK were recognised in their positions as finalists at these awards.
