Beyond Human is generously funded by the British Society of Aesthetics (BSA). The BSA aims to promote study, research and discussion of the fine arts and related types of experience from a philosophical, psychological, sociological, historical, critical and educational standpoint.
Beyond Human is supported and organised by the Aesthetics Research Centre (ARC). ARC coordinates, enables and promotes research in philosophy of art and aesthetics at the University of Kent. ARC brings together faculty and postgraduate students from four different departments and three different schools and is characterised by a strong interdisciplinary ethos.
