The app runs on R via R Studio, so  these need to be installed and up to date i.e. running the latest version.

The code is written in NIMBLE, so that also needs to be installed https://r-nimble.org/download

Download and unzip BeeWalk.zip. Copy the files BBapp.R, app_functions.R and the folder called www (so everything that is inside the folder) into your R working directory.

Open up RStudio and the BBapp.R file and just click on Run app. This should open up another window with the app. The Help file has detailed instructions of how to format the data and run the model.

Just to note that if you are running the model on fairly large data it may take a few hours at least for the analysis to complete.
