Alumna Laura Lexx, who studied Drama in the School of Arts, has just won a book deal to publish her imaginary diary about being married to Liverpool FC manager Jürgen Klopp.
The book, entitled Klopp Actually, was picked up from Laura’s viral Twitter thread about the football heartthrob. The book will imagine what the manager would say as the heroine navigates the stresses and anxieties of day-to-day life, from job interviews to furniture shopping in IKEA to making a birthday cake for their daughter, Klipp.
The book will be published by the John Murray imprint Two Roads later this year.
