Second-year students on the module Popular Performance will be performing an ‘Alternative Cabaret’ in the evening of Tuesday 11 December 2018 in the Gulbenkian Café.
The evening will consist of stand-up comedy, double acts, ranting/dub poetry, sketches and bizarre speciality acts in tribute to the alternative comedy scene of the 1980s. If you’re a fan of Rik Mayall, Benjamin Zephaniah or French & Saunders, this show is for you.
The cabaret is suitable for those aged 18+. It is free to attend, and will begin at 7.30pm.
