Marlowe450 Talks

To accompany the Marlowe 450 performance events, a series of talks have been scheduled:

 

Eastbridge Hospital, Canterbury 

Prize-winning novelist Ros Barber discusses Marlowe’s mysterious and colourful biography is reflected in the magic and mayhem of his most famous creation.

 

St Peter’s Methodist Church Hall, Canterbury 

International bestselling author Louis de Bernieres (Captain Corelli’s Mandolin) discusses the influence of the Huguenots exodus of the massacre.

 

The Old Synagogue (King’s School), Canterbury 

Charles Nicholl, author of The Golden Dagger, explores how Christopher Marlowe framed and depicted his most criminal creation.
