The University is committed to building and embedding an inclusive culture and supports several staff networks. The Disability Staff Network was established in 2012. As well as networking in informal ways, we meet at least once per term to share information and good practice. Our overriding aim is to foster the creation of a more fully inclusive and supportive environment for colleagues with disabilities at Kent.
