By A few days ago we noticed that our Oracle (née Sun, née iPlanet, née Netscape…) Directory Server Connector for FIM (née Management Agent [MA]) was, for Delta Imports, throwing errors of the form:

Full Imports were fine so we changed the job to be Fulls until we could work out the problem.
It turns out, that it was hitting an object in the changelog referencing another object that it couldn’t read (there was an ACI preventing it). Having added the privileged LDAP user to the relevant group and re-run the Delta Import it completed fine.
