The aim was to educate athletes, coaches and their parents on how to best support their sport with sound nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>The event organiser stated, \u201cI just wanted to say a huge thank you for presenting to us today and spending time talking to parents and coaches after. I have had some very positive feedback which was very complimentary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lucy will be providing more talks and workshops on this topic area in the future. Some of this information can also be found in a free online course that Lucy is the lead educator for. The course is entitled the Science of Endurance Performance. A number of our Sport Science and Sports Therapy experts contribute to the course content.
