The magazine highlights two key areas: our pioneering efforts as the first Right to Food university, and the incredible work of Annie Borelli, our very own Rising Star Award winner.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeXLargePlus\"><strong>Realising Your Right<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The article &#8220;Realising Your Right&#8221; explores our role as the UK&#8217;s first Right to Food university. It details our dedication to promoting food justice, tackling food poverty, and creating a sustainable food system on both Canterbury and Medway campuses. From offering affordable \u00a33 meals to featuring popular options like plant-based cuisine, we&#8217;re committed to catering that nourishes our entire community.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontSizeXLargePlus\"><strong>Hospitality Hero<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hospitality Hero&#8221; shines a spotlight on Annie Borelli, Assistant Food &amp; Beverage Manager of Darwin College and the 2023 TUCO Rising Star Award winner. The article delves into Annie&#8217;s inspiring career journey, from her passion for food service to her well-deserved recognition.
