{"id":444,"date":"2023-04-04T14:49:30","date_gmt":"2023-04-04T13:49:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/unikentfood\/?p=444"},"modified":"2024-10-29T09:40:01","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T09:40:01","slug":"plant-based-loyalty-scheme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/unikentfood\/2023\/04\/04\/plant-based-loyalty-scheme\/","title":{"rendered":"Plant-Based Loyalty Scheme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-445\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/unikentfood\/files\/2023\/04\/Plant-Based-Loyalty-Scheme-2023-Story-Image-2.jpg\" alt=\"A close up image of a hand holding the plant-based loyalty card which has been stamped a number of times \" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Get ready to help fight the climate crisis, protect nature, and improve human health!<\/p>\n<p>The School of Anthropology and Conservation\u2019s student-led <strong>Sustainability Working Group<\/strong> have been working with the catering team to produce a plant-based loyalty card.<\/p>\n<p>The loyalty scheme rewards customers with <strong>a FREE meal<\/strong> for every 9 vegan meals purchased in a campus restaurant, cafe, or bar.<\/p>\n<p>Plant-based loyalty cards can be used in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rutherford Dining Hall<\/li>\n<li>Sibson Caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Dolche Vita<\/li>\n<li>Mungo\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Hut 8<\/li>\n<li>K Bar<\/li>\n<li>Gulbenkian Arts Centre Caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The loyalty scheme is not just for vegetarians and vegans, but for flexitarians who are looking to reduce their meat consumption.
