Good news for weekend brunch lovers! The Gulbenkian Arts Centre Café is now open for breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays, 8am to 2pm.
The café will be serving its popular Gulbenkian Cooked Breakfast and Gulbenkian Plant-Based Cooked Breakfast, both made with fresh, local Kentish produce. For those looking for something lighter, a tasty selection of continental options will be available at the counter, including croissants, pastries, cereal, porridge, and fresh fruit.
And of course, no breakfast is complete without a hot drink. Whether you’re a fan of tea, hot chocolate, or coffee, they’ve got you covered. For the coffee lovers, the café serves Garage Coffee, a locally roasted, specialty-grade coffee from Kent. Garage Coffee has even created an exclusive blend for the University of Kent, called Ambition. This blend uses beans from Brazil and Colombia, with rich tasting notes of dark chocolate, pecans, and vanilla.
So, whether visitors are coming to the Gulbenkian to watch a movie, catch a show, or simply passing by, the café invites everyone to pop in and enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
