The network of excellence is arranged by Computing at School (CAS) and BCS, the chartered institute for IT, with support from the Department for Education, Microsoft and Google.<\/p>\n<p>Michael K\u00f6lling, Professor of Computing Education said, \u2018Becoming a University Partner shows us as being one of the lead universities building up CS teaching in the UK.\u2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The School of Computing has been certified as a university partner in the new UK-wide Network of Teaching Excellence in Computer Science.
