The Computer Science Society at Canterbury took part in Advent of Code in the run up to Christmas. Advent of Code is an Advent calendar of small programming puzzles for a variety of skill sets and skill levels that can be solved in any programming language.
Over 40 staff and students were pitched against each other in a series of programming tasks. The winners were presented with specially designed badges, made in the school’s makerspace The Shed, at a society event on 28 January by the Head of School, Dr Richard Jones.
The winners were:
- First prize – Bartek Kardafer
- 2nd prize – Jospeh Cordel
- 3rd prize – Jacob Pake
Congratulations to everyone who took part.
