You will also have the opportunity to vote on any industrial action strategy at a branch meeting before anything goes ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;margin-bottom: .0001pt;background: white\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;margin-bottom: .0001pt;background: white\"><span><b><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif\">Most importantly you have immediately strengthened your position in all interactions with senior management.
