The CQC are carrying out a consultation paper looking at changes to be made to the way the CQC inspect, regulate and monitor care services. To this end they have requested feedback to the plans they are developing. Their mission is to make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and to encourage care services to make improvements.
