Lizzie King, currently studying for an MSc in Analysis and Intervention in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at the Tizard Centre, will be offering a beginners class in sign language at a cost of £5 per person.
Lizzie is hoping to raise money for a trip to Tanzania where she will be working in a home for orphaned and abandoned babies with HIV. As well as volunteering in the baby home, Lizzie will be interpreting for a deaf 5-year-old in her school and teaching her family and friends to sign better.
