He describes himself as being self-driven with a passion for achieving excellence. Over his 12-year working career, he has honed his communication, strategic thinking, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills. Whilst in leadership roles, he has supervised cross-functional teams leveraging individual strengths of the team members to deliver on project objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I thrive where my values (performance, fun, integrity initiative) and organisation values are aligned.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Achievements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-planning and hosting the President of Nigeria to the Sunti Sugar Factory launch<\/li>\n<li>Developing and executing phase I of the digital framework for FMN Plc<\/li>\n<li>Part of the team that launched Golden Penny Noodles, the now number 3 noodles brand in Nigeria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The relevance of the modules towards my personal and career development goals and the ASPIRE programme.
