I am now in a senior management role as a programme manager for the health visiting team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Achievements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful promotion to Programme Manager<\/li>\n<li>Promotion to District Manager<\/li>\n<li>Completion of Level 7 Teaching and Assessing in Practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What attracted you to the Kent MBA programme and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The model of Observe, Create and Practice, transferring knowledge into practical application. Also, the opportunity to study with a diverse group of students with common goal of transformational leadership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What were your motivations for undertaking an MBA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To study at level 7 to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence business.
