I am the founder of Malawi\u2019s dairy start up, Dairy Treat Industries, and a Co-Founder of a development\/charity foundation, Do Unto Others Foundation. My long-term plan is to become an outstanding business leader to help solve the daunting development challenges affecting Malawi\/Africa. In my free time, I like reading about Business and Entrepreneurship and enjoy travelling.<\/p>\n<p><b>Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Earning my Series 7 &amp; 66 licenses on my first attempt to become a fully licensed Wealth Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Hitting my sales-quota 16\/18 months in my two entry-level sales roles at Glassdoor (118% total), and being promoted to an Account Executive ahead of schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As an Account Executive at Glassdoor, and in my last quarter, successfully pitching and selling two \u201cProof-of Concept\u201d deals, which turned into $50k of total revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What attracted you to the Kent MBA programme and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After researching the programme, Kent Business School and the prestige that comes with a degree from here, I couldn\u2019t pass up the opportunity to try and study the Kent MBA.<\/p>\n<p>I had visited the University of Kent campus previously and fell in love with the campus, Kent Business School and the town of Canterbury.<\/p>\n<p>As a born and raised American, the opportunity to study abroad, which I never did in as an undergraduate, was also very appealing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What were your motivations for undertaking an MBA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The need to continue learning and challenging myself mentally. Not being satisfied with my level of knowledge and skills in the wider scheme of business. I want to learn more and have a deeper understanding of how to manage Finances, Operations, Leadership, Management, Supply-Chain, etc \u2013 to ultimately be more than just a sales-person for my career.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aspirations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I want to have the opportunity to be a Senior Leader, to be an Entrepreneur or start my own real-estate business. I want to learn and gain as much expertise from unique minds from across the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Never stop learning.
