My background is working within a local family owned IT services business with a 40 year history. Today we have over 80 staff members and a turnover in excess of \u00a314m.<\/p>\n

Top achievements<\/h3>\n

Contributing to a business that boasts 99.8% positive feedback year on year. Staff retention and the charity work we do are also areas I am particularly proud of.<\/p>\n

Why did you chose the Kent MBA?<\/h3>\n

My father went to the Kent Uni \/ Kent Business School prior to setting up the family owned business I help run today.<\/p>\n

MBA goals<\/h3>\n

I want to supplement the learning and experiencing I have gained from working within the business. Finance and an Entrepreneurial mindset are two areas in particular I’d like to improve.<\/p>\n

What are your aspirations post MBA?<\/h3>\n

Safeguard the businesses future as the world around it continues to evolve. Expand into different services and\/or areas. Potentially even look at starting an additional business.<\/p>\n

What is the best lesson you have learned in business?<\/h3>\n

Your staff are your greatest asset.<\/p>\n
