I have extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and working in healthcare partnerships as a senior leader. I focus on driving strategic objectives and aligning these with my organisational goals.<\/p>\n<p>I am passionate about developing high performing teams and building collaborative working across organisational boundaries. I am committed to delivering transformational changes to deliver high quality and cost-effective care to our patients.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Top achievements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Secured over \u00a31m in capital to automate and transform pharmacy services<\/p>\n<p>Developed and delivered business cases for staffing infrastructure across multiple roles<\/p>\n<p>Led a successful 7-day working consultation for 100+ pharmacy staff, fully endorsed by unions and staff representatives.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kent Business School offers a learning approach that aligns with my preference for face-to-face engagement and collaborative learning. I value the opportunity to build relationships and gain insights from personal interactions, which KBS facilitates exceptionally well.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What are your motivations for undertaking an MBA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Having served as a senior leader in the NHS for over 10 years without formal leadership training, I see the MBA as an opportunity to strengthen my strategic and management skills. Observing colleagues who have completed similar programmes, I recognise the value of structured leadership development and its impact on decision-making and innovation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What are your future aspirations?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I aspire to evolve into a system leader, working across organisational boundaries to deliver integrated services for local populations. The future of healthcare demands collaboration and I aim to break down the barriers to achieve this.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Do your research, plan for all eventualities and learn from others, both those who succeeded and those who failed.
