Over the years, I have worked in HR, operations, accounts and quality assurance.<\/p>\n<p>I am interested in identifying and developing talents. My motivation stems from stimulating and nurturing greatness.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Achievements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In my career, I have successfully accomplished a number of projects;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I facilitated the set up an asset management company, taking it through licensing to fully operational, which has grown to an appreciable level over the years.<\/li>\n<li>I have also successfully led a team that implemented Quality Management Systems for my company in attaining Approved Contractor Scheme by The Security Industry Authority.<\/li>\n<li>I established a microfinance institution, which was in operation for over 5 years and is now a Finance House.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Aspirations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I aspire to grow my businesses and also find new business opportunities.
