Sooraj is a pharmaceutical professional with corporate skills, exposed into business operations and having the ability to identify the opportunities and find solutions for customer challenges. The key focus, he says, was to partner the progress and add benefits for stakeholders, while building and maintaining relations.
Graduating in 1998, Sooraj has more than 19 years’ experience in diversified segments of the pharmaceutical business: from a Dispensing Pharmacist, to crafting business directives on varied platforms as a strategist and lead of operations. Mostly worked in the Middle East, he now owns a Pharma consultancy in India with expansion plans.
A citizen of India, from Kerala State (belongs to Chennithala), Sooraj is passionate about serving the community.
Achievements
- Setting up operations (team, procedures and protocols) for Johnson and Johnson – consumer in the Sultanate of Oman (2008-2012), which delivered as the best operations in the region
- Associated for a National Nutrition Survey with WHO, UNICEF, and the Ministry of Health in Oman to develop nutritional protocols in the country (2014), which was a Unique Global Program
- Initiated and set up a consultation business in India, with network mapping and defined directives to initiate the service within and outside the country (2020–2022)

Learn how to be a potential solution provider for any business challenges adaptable for the changing market demands, develop visionary strategies for business in this volatile community. Automate the process framework reference to the business needs. Develop my innovative thinking abilities and cultivate the practice of asking apt questions to understand and deliver optimal results adaptable for the ground needs. In short, I should be able to find solutions and guarantee progress with value added benefits on business resonance.
Aspiration
To lead the thinking (be innovative) on how to make difference in the way one visualise the business. To deliver equilibrium, consistent satisfaction for all stake holders. Design the strategies on explicit opportunities, in this volatile and challenging market. Need to be among the global peers (operations) on Pharmaceutical, lifesaving and Nutraceutical or Food industry. To ensure the gaps are captured and serve the need by developing finest solutions and ensure sustainability.
Advice
Aim to be the goal; know the strengths and work on the weaknesses for improvement. Be complete and unique on the work – never go with a loose mind. In other words, be in action with the passion!
