What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?

KBS is undoubtedly one among the best business schools in the UK. While researching about the school, I came across its triple accreditations and uniquely structured courses. Kent MBA modules and course structure, especially the MBA Challenge programme and Aspire excited me the most, as it not only gives a taught knowledge but also a real world exposure to mould ourselves in into a complete business professionals.

While I was working at my previous role I found myself to be limited to the depth of the task at hand and that my knowledge was not increasing in breadth. The MBA course will not only help deepen my existing skills but also give me the required business perspective that will make me a qualified leader. I’m at a stage in my career where I want to be able to progress, especially in the areas of complete business consulting and up-skilling myself with right balance of business and administration skills.

Aspiration

Post MBA, I aspire to work in a multicultural experiential environment which enhances my skills and by effective implementation of the learnt skills – I want to mould myself into a well-rounded business leader.

Advice

A career in the business world might be challenging but how we pave the way of success in business defines everything. Business journey is long so I’d advise one to take one step at a time, while constantly upscaling the knowledge and the skillset needed to succeed in business.

“What we think, we become.”
