What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?
To develop my strategic skills. Having moved into an operational role after the majority of my career in clinical practice, I had limited experience of making changes with strategic/long-term consequences. I believe this course will support me with managing teams and making changes that will improve the delivery of patient care. I have wanted to study at master’s level for many years but put this on hold while my children were young.
Aspiration
For promotion within KCHFT, or to work in the NHS with a national focus steering the delivery of patient care, with either procurement, sustainability or digital technology focus.
