My background is working within a local family owned IT services business with a 40 year history. Today we have over 80 staff members and a turnover in excess of £14m.

Contributing to a business that boasts 99.8% positive feedback year on year. Staff retention and the charity work we do are also areas I am particularly proud of.
Why did you chose the Kent MBA?
My father went to the Kent Uni / Kent Business School prior to setting up the family owned business I help run today.
MBA goals
I want to supplement the learning and experiencing I have gained from working within the business. Finance and an Entrepreneurial mindset are two areas in particular I’d like to improve.
What are your aspirations post MBA?
Safeguard the businesses future as the world around it continues to evolve. Expand into different services and/or areas. Potentially even look at starting an additional business.
What is the best lesson you have learned in business?
Your staff are your greatest asset.

Growing up, I spent over 10 years living in Spain before moving back to the UK for further education.
