What are your motivations for undertaking an MBA
Universities are in a constant state of flux, and intersectoral mobility is a growing trend. An MBA provides the skills, agility, knowledge, and opportunities I need to develop professionally and progress in my career. I am particularly interested in change management and higher education’s evolving focus on industry engagement.
What are your future aspirations?
To progress into more senior leadership roles.
What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?
Identify your strengths and weaknesses and work on improving and overcoming them. Understand how you work, the assumptions you make, and the preconditions you need—then acknowledge that others do the same and develop strategies to bridge these gaps. Most importantly, take care of yourself and value what is important to you.
