What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?
I was interested in earning my MBA abroad and began researching programmes in England. I found the University of Kent in one of my many searches. The triple accreditation attracted me to the programme initially. I also really liked modules offered.
What are your motivations for undertaking an MBA
I’ve wanted to earn an MBA for some time, but wanted to gain professional experience first. I decided now was the time to undertake an MBA because I am ready to move forward in my career.
What are your future aspirations?
After completing the KBS MBA, I would like to do meaningful work as a leader. I have tonnes of ideas that I’m looking forward to applying to my professional and personal work using the skills I’ve learned in the MBA programme.
What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?
My best advice for those wanting to progress in business is to have a plan. It’s much easier to make progress when you have a general idea of where you’d like to go in your career. Having a plan will also help you recognise the value of opportunities as they arise.
“Don’t sit down and wait for the opportunities to come. Get up and make them.”
