Peter is an experienced leader with over 35 years in the financial services industry, with a proven track record in operational management up to Chief Operating Officer level and oversight of multinational teams. In recent years, he has shifted his focus to volunteering for non-profit organisations in the education and healthcare sectors, including serving at Board level as Treasurer.
Throughout his career, Peter has built a broad skillset across product development, sales, client service, and project management, as well as leading major offshoring and outsourcing initiatives.

I wanted a programme that would complement and strengthen my practical management experience while helping me develop the skills needed to launch a new business venture.

I aim to continue contributing at Board level and would ideally like to establish a new company with one of my daughters.
What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?
Incremental change normally has no fanfare but, is often the most sustainable.
