- Designed a new financial forecasting process to track the progress of new projects from opportunity creation through to approval. This enabled accurate forecasting of information for sites across the UK and Netherlands.
- Helped the transition of a newly acquired site into the business, ensuring the processes and systems where fully aligned with the existing standards. This enabled the business to provide of a new capability to customers
- As part of the Rapid Response team, I helped resolve a critical global marine oil supply issue that had halted a customer’s manufacturing operations. Through analysis of over 100 samples from 5 sites worldwide the team was able to pinpoint the issue
