I graduated with a degree in Political Science from Delhi University. After my studies, I joined a well-reputed tea manufacturing company as an Assistant Manager, where I gained hands-on experience managing large-scale operations. I also founded and successfully ran my own hospitality venture in Udaipur, which strengthened my skills in operations, teamwork, leadership, and customer relations. Beyond my professional work, I am a national-level rifle shooter and an avid photographer. I enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures, and I am especially fascinated by their history and architecture.

Kent Business School’s global reputation and Triple Crown accreditation immediately stood out to me, reflecting its high academic standards and international credibility. The Leadership modules, consultancy projects, and diverse cohort provide real-world exposure and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. The school’s strong focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic thinking aligns closely with my aspirations. Kent felt like the ideal environment to strengthen my managerial capabilities while being part of a supportive and internationally connected community.
What are your motivations for undertaking an MBA
I want to build a strong strategic foundation to complement my operational experience. An MBA will help me deepen my understanding of organisational growth, leadership, finance, and global business dynamics. It will also give me the confidence, skills, and exposure needed to take on larger responsibilities effectively. Ultimately, the MBA is a bridge between my practical experience and the long-term career path I aim to shape.
What are your future aspirations?
I aspire to build a career in the solar and renewable energy industry, focusing on operations and supply-chain roles internationally. In the long term, I would like to contribute meaningfully to India’s green-energy transition and be involved in developing scalable, sustainable solutions. Alongside this, I hope to continue expanding my family’s ventures in hospitality, real estate, and organised agriculture, applying global best practices to create long-term, positive impact.
What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?
Be consistent, stay curious, and keep building strong fundamentals while staying aware of your surroundings, because you can learn a great deal from what’s happening around you. Success in business comes from discipline, resilience, and the willingness to adapt, grow, and add value in every situation.
“Without commitment, you’ll never start. Without consistency, you’ll never finish.”
