I am a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist with 7+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, order-to-cash operations, inventory optimisation and import/export compliance. I’ve worked with leading organisations to reduce logistics costs, improve delivery performance and provide customer excellence without losing my smile. Currently pursuing my MBA at Kent Business School, I’m passionate about combining operational efficiency with smart commercial thinking. I enjoy solving complex business challenges, building strong stakeholder relationships, and turning processes from “good” to “wow”. My goal is simple – grow into a strategic leader who drives innovation, sustainability, and business growth globally.

- What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?
Kent Business School’s global reputation was a major factor for me – being among the top 1% of business schools with Triple Crown accreditation reflects the quality and credibility of its education. I was also inspired by the diversity of its teaching staff, who bring real-world success as entrepreneurs, industry leaders and innovators into the classroom. The programme offers a strong international learning environment, practical business exposure, and a network that supports career growth.
And of course, the beautiful Canterbury campus makes the experience even more rewarding.
What are your motivations for undertaking an MBA
After developing strong expertise in supply chain and logistics, I want to step up from operational excellence to strategic decision-making. I believe an MBA will strengthen my commercial acumen, broaden my global perspective, and prepare me to contribute confidently at leadership and board levels. I’m motivated by growth – I don’t like comfort zones; they make success too comfortable. It’s time to take bigger risks, build bigger ideas, and create bigger impact.
What are your future aspirations?
I aspire to become a global business leader, driving high-impact projects that enhance profitability, sustainability and customer experience worldwide. I also want to empower young professionals – especially women – to excel in business without apologising for their ambition. Eventually, I would love to mentor and inspire those who are just starting their professional journeys, helping them realise that leadership is not a position… it’s a mindset.
What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?
Stay curious, be proactive and never underestimate the power of a good question -especially the one that starts with, “Why can’t we do this better?” Build genuine relationships, learn continuously, and embrace challenges like they’re your career’s personal trainers. And most importantly, keep a little humour with you – because even the biggest business challenges become easier when you don’t take yourself too much seriously.
