As a revenue manager, I aim to broaden my expertise in areas like finance, marketing, and operations, allowing me to make more data-driven decisions. Additionally, I seek to expand my professional network and open new opportunities for career growth and advancement into senior leadership roles.

What are your future aspirations?

After completing the MBA, my goal is to transition into a senior leadership role, ideally as a director of revenue management or a similar position within a global organisation. I aim to leverage the strategic, analytical, and leadership skills gained during the programme to drive business growth, optimise revenue strategies, and lead cross-functional teams. Long-term, I aspire to contribute to shaping corporate strategy at the executive level, focusing on innovation and sustainable business practices.

My best advice for those wanting to progress in business is to stay adaptable, continuously invest in learning, and build a strong professional network. Focus on developing both technical skills and leadership capabilities, as both are crucial for long-term success. Seek mentors, embrace feedback, and stay proactive in identifying opportunities for growth. Lastly, maintain a strategic mindset, always looking at the bigger picture, while being open to innovation and change.
