Pasit Sukolratchai

A production manager with extensive experiences in the automotive and heavy machine industry (Nissan motor Thailand and Caterpillar UGM). From Pasit’s experiences of working in international companies, he has had opportunities to design both machines and new processes and worked with many professionals. He possesses strong leadership and good communication skills, and the ability to manage and organise short or long-term projects.

Top achievements

  1. Launched the new model products (passenger and SUV cars) and designed new paint process as the youngest talented leader in Nissan Motor Thailand Company Limited.
  2. The youngest production manager in Caterpillar (Thailand) Limited Underground Mining.
  3. Created new detergent products for Lion Corporation (Thailand) Limited when I worked there as an intern.

What are your motivations for undertaking an MBA

It is one of my life goals and an opportunity to develop myself into a top-level manager with professional skills in the future.

What are your future aspirations?

After completing the MBA programme, I plan to leverage my engineering background and newly acquired business management skills to pursue a career in business consulting or project management. Additionally, my ultimate aim is to become a well-rounded professional who can apply a broad range of knowledge to create positive impact in the world.

What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?

Stay humble, always challenge yourself, and remain a lifelong learner.
