A finance professional with proven success in capital fundraising, investment banking, business development and project management. I have a passion for learning and possess strong work ethics. My background includes securing major financing, devising persuasive investment memos, improving portfolio quality through risk management, and driving key business outcomes. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can continually grow as a professional.

1. Pioneering a successful Private Bond Issuance which raised over ₦3.5 billion Naira ($7.5 million) in capital for a select project portfolio for my organisation.
2. Shifting the Finance Department’s primary focus from solely dealing with numerical data to becoming a strategic partner within the organisation, actively involved in multiple successful capital fundraising cycles.
3. Improvement of my organisation’s credit portfolio by significantly reducing late loan payments and working with borrowers on payment plans if needed.

I initially heard about KBS when an honorary degree was awarded to one of my favourite music stars Tiwa Savage. I then researched about the programme through Google. I was attracted to KBS due to its strong reputation for business education and its vibrant international student community.

The phrase ‘We stand for ambition’ resonated with me strongly. It encapsulated my belief in the power of aspiration and determination to succeed both personally and professionally. I believe strongly in the power of ambition, it is the driving force that propels one to push boundaries and continuously strive for excellence. This very much attracted me to the KBS MBA programme.

I decided to undertake an MBA to further develop my skills set, for career advancement and personal development.

I hope to become a better manager and future business leader who continuously works on my leadership and management skills to make strategic decisions that drive growth and sustainability for my organisation. I also hope to inspire and empower my teams, nurture talent, and lead by example through practicing ethical and responsible business practices as well as contribute positively to the broader community.
