I am a young and talented individual with a legal background, and my ambition is fuelled by a desire to make a meaningful impact on society. As someone deeply committed to contributing to the betterment of our communities, I have harnessed my legal expertise to navigate complex issues and advocate for positive change. Yet, I am now on a quest to expand my skills to leverage my knowledge and newfound abilities to create a positive and lasting impact, working towards a brighter future for all.

Top achievements

  1. Representation of prominent international airline corporations such as AirAsia Berhad, AirAsia SEA, Capital A, and AAX Mauritius in their roles as creditors of Thai AirAsia X of its business rehabilitation plan according to the Thai Central Bankruptcy Court’s order.
  2. Representation of Ananda Development Public Company Limited, a leading listed real estate company on selling all shares, assets and liabilities of ADC – JV 28 Company Limited to Green Zone Development Limited, a subsidiary of Green Bay Holdings Limited. The transaction combines complex structure of loans and pledges structure as the counter parties consisted of several lenders including individual, juristic person and Facility Agent (Jim’s Group Company Limited).
  3. Participation as a legal counsel and had the privilege of advancing to the top 5 in the final round out of a competitive field of 90 teams during the Greener Bangkok Hackathon 2022 organized by UDDC, a renowned expert in Urban Design and Development in Thailand. The hackathon aligned with the vision of Bangkok’s Governor, Chadchart Sittipunt to establish ’15-Minute Pocket Parks’ in the city.

What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?

I am interested in the MBA programme at KBS because of its modules that facilitate students’ self-reflection on their personal development and career goals. This aspect aligns with my desire for a programme that not only imparts knowledge but also encourages introspection and goal setting, which I believe are fundamental for professional growth and success.

What are your motivations for undertaking an MBA

My motivations for undertaking an MBA stem from the programme’s unique emphasis on fostering self-reflection and personal development, while also providing fundamental knowledge essential for success in almost every corporate career path. I believe that professional growth goes beyond acquiring knowledge; it involves a deep understanding of one’s career goals and the development of a strategic mindset. This MBA programme’s modules provide an ideal platform for me to refine my skills, gain clarity on my aspirations, and cultivate the strategic thinking necessary for future success.

What are your future aspirations?

After completing the MBA programme, my primary aspiration is to pursue a career in business development, where I can leverage my legal background and MBA knowledge to identify growth opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Additionally, I am also interested in exploring roles in marketing and supply chain management to apply my newfound skills in crafting innovative marketing strategies and optimising supply chain processes for enhanced efficiency and sustainability.

Ultimately, my overarching goal is to be a versatile professional who can adapt and contribute effectively to various facets of the business world, creating value and driving positive change.

What is your best advice for those wanting to progress in business?

My best advice for those aiming to progress in business is each business journey is unique and distinct. The path to success often involves trial and error, so have confidence in your abilities, trust your instincts and take calculated risks.
