What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?

I was looking for courses to further my leadership and business skills and wanted a course which was not just inwardly looking in a healthcare setting. Kent Business School has a fantastic reputation and, as a Kent alumnus already, I had great experiences previously. I wanted to push myself outside of my comfort zone, I was complacent in how I was approaching my work and wanted something to push me to my limits and help me to transform my approaches to my work in the NHS.

Aspiration

I want to take my learning and make significant changes in the UK health sector. The NHS needs new business-minded pioneers to bring an old system into the newer ways of working.

Advice

Never rule anything out and always push yourself beyond your pre-conceived limits.

“The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts today.”
