Under my direct management and careful organisation, the company is in good condition. At present, the trading company has 29 employees. In addition, the two factories in Vietnam and Guangdong have stable output and excellent quality. Their products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, ASEAN, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Among them, Vietnam Younega factory has about 600 employees, and Meideng Paper Co, Ltd has about 500 employees.
All investment and financing plans of the enterprise have been implemented smoothly. At the same time, it has been highly recognised by the world’s top 500 enterprises (Henkel of Germany and total of France) and the world’s leading manufacturer of disposable sanitary products (Unicharm of Japan) in the field of main business international trade.
Achievements
- In 2020, I was selected as an expert of the Entrepreneur Advisory Committee of Guangxi Free Trade Zone, China
- Since 2008, the company has cooperated with the factory of Unicharm Japan in Vietnam, and has been rated as a five-star excellent supplier by Unicharm Group in Japan
- 2012-2016, General Agent of Henkel in Vietnam
What attracted you to the MBA programme at Kent Business School and why?
I was attracted by the wonderful courses and the excellent teams. I want to learn the top management methods of European companies and European business operation model.

To reorganise my own personnel management department.
