MBA 2021

“There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstances permit. When you are committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.” Art Turock

I started off as a blogger, customer representative before working in a technology service provider company as the admin manager to date. Personal growth has always been germane for me in every thing I do. Working as an admin manager made me realise the essence of being current in your level of knowledge, putting aside obsolete practices for new abilities.

Over the past few years, my passion for people-welfare has driven me to be the best leader I can possibly be. Avoiding discriminations and appreciating the diversity and culture of people working with me at work.

I am a Christian and have religiously devoted my singing talent to the work of God for over 20 years in church.

  • Initiated innovations that helped improved the HR department in the organisation I work for
  • Recognised for being result-oriented and highly productive
  • Rose to the position of Admin Manager in a relatively short period of time

What attracted you to the Kent MBA programme and why?

The University’s rating on the ‘Top Universities in the World’ ranking gravitated me towards finding out more about the University. The one-year full time course provided by the University is suitable for me. Good reviews from past students and the CMI level 7 certificate were part of the main reasons for choosing the University of Kent.

What were your motivations for undertaking an MBA?

My desire to improve my leadership skills, gain new knowledge and uplift my career were my main motivation.

I aspire to reach the highest pinnacle of my career as a CEO then becoming an entrepreneur.

Make sure you strive to make a positive impact wherever you find yourself. Humility, kindness and commitment will open doors of great opportunities in any career of your choice.
