I am working for one of the top mobile companies which has reached 40+ countries all over the world. I started my venture in the Pune branch in India which has 2000 employees. My role is to manage the sales and back end department managers locally to make sure the strategy and instruction of the branch is executed properly to increase our market share.
I am interested to enhance management skills, business strategy and leadership, which will be beneficial for future.
I like to make friends from different cultures, travelling and learning new things.
Achievements
- Keep the market share of the Pune branch above national level, and being in the top highest segment of mobile selling
- Organised activity of COVID-19 corporate social responsibilities, distributing masks for those in need
- Successfully reduced the vendor cost of marketing department effectively
What attracted you to the Kent MBA programme and why?
The Kent MBA will enable me to learn new innovative knowledge and make new connections with business experts and leaders for life. I am particularly interested in the different modules, management of people, global strategy, financial management, strategic marketing, and business analytics which match my skillset.
What were your motivations for undertaking an MBA?
I want take a business forward in the right way, have a depth understanding of business and personal development.
Aspiration
To enable me to learn more about organisations, how they operate and apply the knowledge practically. I also want to study new and innovative solutions required for a business.

We should have the capacity to manage a team, Individuals’ ability do not represent team ability.
