I have worked in various roles within the NHS over the last 30 years with the last six years in management. I am now in a senior management role as a programme manager for the health visiting team.

What attracted you to the Kent MBA programme and why?
The model of Observe, Create and Practice, transferring knowledge into practical application. Also, the opportunity to study with a diverse group of students with common goal of transformational leadership.
What were your motivations for undertaking an MBA?
To study at level 7 to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence business. To move from novice to expert in my role
