Advice

Ask for constructive feedback from your peers/managers, and then act on it. Develop your technical knowledge, apply it within the business to drive improvements, and then showcase these improvements. Take on new challenges which take you out of your comfort zone, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes – as long as they are not repeats.
