The Kent MBA 2017
(Part-time)

“Adapt, innovate and overcome.”

An alumnus of the University of Kent, I have worked in Financial Markets for top tier investment banks across sales and trading in the UK and overseas. In 2011, I set up my own investment business which has been focused on real estate.

When not working, I enjoy health and fitness, recently competing in the London Triathlon and training in martial arts. I am a travel enthusiast, guitarist and an attempting student of the Estonian language. Fast cars and fine wine can be fun too.

Experience

My greatest achievements have included being the Founder and Director of my own business TWENTY Group Ltd. which has been successfully trading since 2011. I am also proud to be an employer and mentor for young individuals aged 18-21, offering training and development opportunities through my business. Previously to this, my greatest achievement was becoming Head of Sales Trading at one of the world’s largest financial institutions.

Aspirations

I would like to develop my skills to undertake consulting work with SME organisations, applying my experience from both running a business and from the corporate environment. It would be very rewarding to do this on a voluntary basis and I believe the Kent MBA will help develop and accredit this skill set.

I have complete confidence in the quality, content and environment offered at Kent Business School having completed my undergraduate degree in 2004 at the University. The breadth and diversity of the student cohort attending the MBA programme provide both a global and local business input which I appreciate. My business operations are also located in East Kent and this will allow continued oversight while studying on a part-time basis. The flexibility of the programme and the content of modules taught also complement my future plans.

Advice

Adapt, innovate and overcome.
