An Inspirational Speaker presentation on 'Mastering Your Career'

The Division of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences in collaboration with Student Success, is delighted to welcome Inspirational Speaker Georgia Thompson.

Georgia Thompson is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Constructability Engineer with Costain, who has worked with high profile clients such as HS2, Network Rail and TfL. She was recognised as one of the Top 50 Women in Engineering in 2022 by the Women’s Engineering Society, and as one of the Top 13 Black Civil Engineers by the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2021.

This talk on ‘Mastering Your Career’ details how to build boundaries, stretch your potential and how to find a career you love. Hear from Georgia Thompson, as she shares her story, what she has learnt along the way and how she continues to master her own career.
