African-Caribbean Society nominated for Kent Student Awards

 

The African-Caribbean Society was nominated for a Kent Student Awards for it’s outstanding contribution in effectively promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity at the University of Kent and in the local community.

The Award ceremony, which took place on the 1st June saw joint winners between Lily Dedman and Valiant Dorian with the African-Caribbean Society being mentioned as a runner up.
