Everyone has a legal to employment without being discriminated against because of a disability, or any other protected characteristic<\/a>. This includes access to physical locations and digital resources and flexibility to help every employee do their job.<\/p>\n How can you best communicate with employers to ensure your needs are met, how can you safeguard your own wellbeing in work, and what opportunities are there for students with disabilities?
