Our goal is always to make sure your accommodation stays\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"1985\">safe, comfortable, and functional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2016\"><strong>Common issues<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2687\"><strong data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2411\">Wi-Fi issues?\u00a0<\/strong>We\u2019ve recently upgraded our wireless access points across campus. Occasionally, an access point might need to be manually fixed by our\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2583\">Information Services (IS) Team<\/strong>. Don\u2019t worry \u2013 IS follow the same access and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/student.kent.ac.uk\/life\/living-on-campus\/home-at-halls#defect-reporting\">door-knocking procedures<\/a>\u00a0as any other maintenance visit.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2392\"><strong data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2039\">Heating problems?\u00a0<\/strong>Most of our radiators are part of a remote system that adjusts automatically throughout the day. \ud83d\udc49 Before reporting, check that your radiator is turned on (lift the head and turn it anti-clockwise) and see whether the issue affects just your radiator or others in your flat.
