In 2020, they launched the 100 Black Interns programme to offer paid internship opportunities to Black students and graduates. Today, The 10,000 Interns Foundation is a registered UK charity working to ensure that diverse talent meets opportunity so that our society and economy are equitable and fit for future purpose.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI don\u2019t think I would have had my current job without the internship. I didn\u2019t even know it existed.
