Not all situations in which a card stops working is an overload error, however it is a common cause. Either way, the Security Systems team will be able to resolve the issue. The Security &amp; Transport team can quickly reprint you a card if necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW265310187 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW265310187 BCX0\">Visit the Security &amp; Transport team to ask for help.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In <strong>Canterbury<\/strong> visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/maps\/canterbury\/canterbury-campus\/building\/campus-watch\/\">Security &amp; Transport building<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Medway<\/strong> visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/maps\/medway\/medway-campus\/building\/medway-building\/\">Reception, Medway Building<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Students will <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">not<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> be charged for reprinting costs where it is a technical error.
